EQUIPMENT LEASE PROTECTION (ELP)

• Coverage: The ELP is an optional service that limits your responsibility for repair or replacement costs if equipment is lost, damaged, or destroyed during your rental.
• Limits:
  • 10% of the equipment's value for lost items (up to $500 per item).
  • 10% of repair costs for accidental damage (up to $500 per item).
  • Any tire repair costs over $50.
  • No charges for rental fees during the repair or replacement period.
• Cost: If you choose to add the ELP, it costs 15% of the total rental charges (plus applicable taxes).
• Conditions: To benefit from the ELP:
  • You must accept and pay for the ELP before the rental starts.
  • You must comply with all terms of the rental contract.
  • Your account must be in good standing.
• Exclusions: The ELP does not cover:
  • Intentional misuse.
  • Equipment not reported as lost within 48 hours to the police.
  • Damage from natural disasters (floods, storms, etc.).
  • Equipment accessories not covered by the ELP.
• Important: The ELP is not insurance and does not cover liability for injuries or property damage. It only reduces your financial responsibility for certain types of loss or damage.
